Our quality control system covers six key stages. First is raw material incoming inspection. All core accessories including motors, lithium batteries, PCBA boards, and sensors are strictly screened and tested to ensure they meet international quality standards and eliminate unqualified raw materials from the source.
The second stage is semi-finished product inspection. During the production and assembly process, our QC team conducts real-time sampling and full inspection of each process, focusing on testing equipment power, sensor sensitivity, and circuit stability to avoid assembly defects.
The third stage is professional performance testing. Different products have exclusive test items: vacuum cleaners undergo suction stability and noise tests; robot vacuums complete mapping, obstacle avoidance, and endurance tests; lawn mowers and pool cleaning boats pass waterproof and durability tests.
The fourth stage is aging testing. All finished products run continuously for a certain period to simulate long-term household use and screen out products with unstable performance.
The fifth stage is finished product appearance and packaging inspection to ensure flawless product appearance and standardized packaging.
Finally, we conduct random inspection before delivery to ensure batch product consistency.
